Things that work for us:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential.
  • Experience in an aged care environment.
  • Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation.
  • Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan.
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
