Looking for a role that fills your cup? Good news, T2 Tea is looking for Part Time and Full Time Sales Assistants to join our passionate team at QVB

About the role

  • Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
  • Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.
  • Four positions available
    • Full Time - 38 hours Sunday to Thursday roster
    • Part Time - 20 hours Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sun roster
    • Part Time - 15 hours Mon, Fri, Sat roster
    • Part Time hours Tues, Wed, Thurs roster

About you

  • Acts with customer in mind.
  • Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and ready to learn.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
