As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated Security Officers to join our team in Dubbo and across Central NSW. These are exciting opportunities to work with a respected national provider on a prestigious retail contract.

What we're looking for:

Current NSW Security Licence (with Crowd Control, Security Officer Unarmed & Monitoring functions)

Experience in the security industry (retail security experience highly regarded)

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional presentation and a high standard of personal grooming

Ability to work across a rotating roster (days, nights, weekends)

Physically fit and able to handle dynamic security environments


What you'll be doing:

  • Protecting the safety and wellbeing of customers, tenants, and staff
  • Responding quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and first aid situations
  • Conducting patrols and monitoring CCTV systems
  • Enforcing site rules and by-laws in a professional manner
  • Using your communication, negotiation, and de-escalation skills to resolve conflicts
  • Delivering friendly and professional customer service — being the welcoming face of security
  • Building positive relationships with the local community and stakeholders
