About the role

Dubbo Real Estate Agency are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in our property management department and will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our successful real estate business.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the broader team and to learn the role of a Property Manager
  • Maintain and update client and property databases with accurate information
  • Prepare and process a variety of documents, including rental agreements, reports and property listings
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures

  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
