As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to help us achieve our goals. The Project Assistant position is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an administrative and transactional environment.

This role requires the ability to work closely with the Operations team to gather project information and data, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient functioning. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in line with our standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate systems and registers in accordance with project requirements.
  • Provide high-level administration support that fosters an efficient, accurate, and organized work environment.
  • Assist the Operations team with general administration duties.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in line with company standards and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Construction safety induction or have the ability to obtain one.
  • Experience in an administrative/project support role and/or Diploma in Business Office Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively and professionally.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management processes and planning.
