The Opportunity

Join the team at City Discount Tyres in Osborne Park as an Assistant Store Manager. This full-time role offers the chance to take on key responsibilities in managing the operations of a dynamic retail store specialising in tyres, wheels, and suspension.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficient, high-quality customer service
  • Supervise and guide tyre technicians and customer service staff, including training and performance support
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Assist with in-store sales and customer consultations, providing expert advice on tyres, wheels, and suspension systems
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar automotive retail or trade role
  • Strong technical knowledge of tyres, wheels, and suspension systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Tyre and mechanical knowledge is essential.
