Our client is a rapidly scaling global infrastructure operator delivering renewable-powered data centres purpose-built for AI and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. The company develops, owns, and operates large-scale compute campuses supporting advanced AI model training, inference, and scientific simulation workloads. The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial (covering corporate finance, strategy, and capital markets), this is a high-exposure position that blends transaction execution, strategic finance, and commercial analysis. You will:

  • Support corporate finance and strategy initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, and capital raising.
  • Maintain and enhance the corporate financial model to inform funding requirements, capital allocation, and decision-making.
  • Contribute to transaction execution across equity, debt, and strategic partnerships — including structuring, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • Prepare board and investor materials, quarterly reports, and commercial analyses related to growth and capital deployment.
  • Provide feasibility and commercial insight on new development proposals and existing pipeline projects.
  • Assist in strategic market mapping and research across AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure segments.

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–6 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory, ideally within infrastructure/renewables, or capital-intensive industries.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills across full 3-way statements (required).
  • Experience with valuation and transaction work across infrastructure, renewables, or digital assets.
  • Familiarity with M&A due diligence and negotiations.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to distil complex analysis into clear insights.
