Solution Architect (Specialist)

Contract to 27/11/2026 with possible extension| Brisbane CBD + WFH

We're working with a leading Queensland government client to recruit experienced Solution Architect (Specialist). In this role you will lead Design and Functional – Lead the design validation with System integrator of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design validation with System integrator of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, incusing HR, IT and business leaders to gather refinement and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations, leveraging SuccessFactors capabilities to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Provide training to end users and offer ongoing support to resolve issues, fostering a user-friendly environment.
  • Stay abreast of SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry best practices, recommending enhancements to optimise system performance and functionality.

What we're looking for?

  • More than 10 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, with a strong track record of successful implementation.
  • Extensive experience in designing and configuring key SAP SuccessFactors Modules, including Employee Central, ECP, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and integration capabilities, coupled with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Experience operating within the public sector is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in data migration, system integration, and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Australian HR legislation and compliance requirements.
