About the JobRequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Content Production – Film, edit, and publish high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Creative Ideation – Develop and execute innovative content concepts that align with trends and brand identity.
  • Video Editing – Edit engaging short-form and long-form content, ensuring high-quality visuals and storytelling.
  • File Management – Maintain organized content assets within Dropbox for seamless collaboration
  • Trend and Algorithm Awareness – Stay ahead of platform trends, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Community Engagement – Assist in responding to comments, messages, and fostering audience interaction.
  • Social Media Strategy – Plan and manage the content calendar alongside our Social Media Manager.
  • Graphic Design Support – Create branded assets using Figma alongside our Design team (graphic design experience is a plus, but not required).
.Who You Are
  • Experienced – 1-2 years in social media content creation, with a strong track record of engagement and organic reach growth. Bonus if you have experience with beauty or body care products.
  • Social-Editing-Savvy – Proficient in video editing tools such as Capcut and editing within the TikTok app; familiarity with Figma and Dropbox is a plus.
  • Studio-Ready – Comfortable filming content in a professional setting with lights and iPhone equipment provided.
  • Confident and Social – Willing to capture behind-the-scenes moments and involve our Marketing team members in your video content.
  • Creative and Strategic – Thinks outside the box, understands brand storytelling, and adapts to new trends effortlessly.
  • Detail-Oriented – Strong organizational skills, ensuring polished and visually compelling content.
  • Collaborative yet Independent – Able to work autonomously while contributing meaningfully to the social media team.
  • Results-Driven – Self-motivated, consumer-focused, and eager to create content that delivers measurable success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
