Role Type: Sessional
Salary: $86 - $93 Per hour (Dependent on qualifications and teaching experience)

Role
As a Sessional Skid steer Teacher, you will deliver high-quality skid steer training and assessment to adult learners within a correctional setting. Your role will include:
- Delivering accredited skid steer training aligned with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Supporting learners to build confidence and competence in operating skid steers safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress, assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learner needs.
You'll be part of a supportive team committed to providing vocational education that empowers learners and contributes to safer communities.
What We're Looking For
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122) OR willing to enrol.
- Possess relevant and current skid steer operation experience.
- Experience delivering training in adult education or vocational settings (Preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a correctional environment.
- Commitment to safety, inclusion, and learner success.
