About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in retail marketing and event planning within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be supporting key events and contributing to reporting projects that impact brand visibility and retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning and execution, including logistics coordination and onsite support.
  • Assist with sourcing venues and coordinating bookings for external events, including liaising with vendors and supporting basic travel planning
  • Help request and manage quotations from creative and print suppliers for small-scale marketing tasks and activations.
  • Support the compilation and analysis of internal reports and other retail dashboards.
  • Assist with general admin tasks including data entry, document formatting, and status tracking.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and follow up on team action items.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong interest in retail marketing, events, or brand activations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can-do attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
