About the role:About us:About you:
  • Experienced in delivering evaluations in a government context, using your quantitative research knowledge, skills and experience to contribute to defensible evaluations to support program areas and government decision making
  • Possess a continuous improvement mindset and guide project teams to achieve outstanding results on schedule.
  • Providing expert advice and recommendations: Translating your expertise to a policy audience and senior staff based on your professional judgement and expertise
  • Tertiary qualified and / or experience in quantitative analysis, statistics, public health, evaluation, epidemiology, psychology, health and social sciences, public policy, economics, or another discipline with a strong statistical component would be desirable.
  • Experience and expertise in program or policy evaluation, particularly quasi-experimental and micro-econometric methods like difference-in-difference, instrumental variables, economic evaluation and cost-benefit analysis
