The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Permanent Part-Time Allocations Consultant to join our team based in Caboolture. This is a key role in ensuring our clients receive timely staffing support and our workforce is well managed.

The role requires a high level of professionalism, confidence in phone based communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client and candidate enquiries.
  • Allocate staff to shifts across various healthcare facilities based on availability and requirements.
  • Monitor client portals, shared inboxes, and internal systems for new requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of shift placements and communications.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast paced environment.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.

About You

Essential:

  • Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high volume workloads.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 4:30am – 11:00pm, across a rotating 7 day roster.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

  • Experience in customer service, call centre, healthcare allocations, or rostering.
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing or the aged care sector.
  • Familiarity with the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast areas.
  • Exposure to payroll or admin support tasks.

Required:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
