Your new opportunity:

We're looking for a Service/Warranty Advisor to join our high-performing team in McDougalls Hill (Singleton). This role blends customer service, technical coordination, and warranty administration - perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You'll be the key link between our workshop, field service teams, and customers - managing bookings, processing warranty claims, and ensuring every customer receives world-class service and support.

In this role you will:

• Provide first-class customer support at the service counter and over the phone.
• Manage service bookings, job opening/closing, and invoicing in line with company standards.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs, and completion times.
• Prepare and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Maximise service sales by identifying additional products and maintenance opportunities.
• Liaise with technicians, service supervisors, and parts interpreters to ensure smooth workflow.
• Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment.

About you:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new systems.
• Excellent communicator - confident, clear, and customer-focused.
• A team player who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment.
• Knowledge of MTU, Detroit Diesel, or Allison products (advantageous).
• Trade or industry qualification in Service Advising or Parts Interpreting (desirable).
