About The Role
Are you an experienced Branch Manager or Region Manager in retail banking, ready to dive into an ever-evolving and innovative bank where your leadership will make a lasting impact?

BOQ Group is seeking a dynamic leader to guide our retail branch network and help accelerate our digital transformation journey.

As Executive Branch Manager, you'll be at the forefront of BOQ Group's transformation, shaping the future of our branch network while empowering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, portfolio growth and operational excellence.

You'll lead a portfolio of branches with up to 20 employees, driving performance across sales, service and operations. You'll identify growth opportunities, strengthen community connections and optimise financial outcomes.

Your leadership will foster a high-performing, customer-centric culture, while managing complex retail and business banking balance sheets across multiple sites.

You'll embrace innovation and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives that support the bank's evolving goals.

About You
You bring proven experience leading multi-site retail or branch networks within financial services, with a passion for coaching and inspiring teams.

Your strategic mindset and agility allow you to thrive in dynamic environments, delivering strong business outcomes while embracing change.

You're driven to grow the business, foster excellence and deepen customer relationships.

Your leadership style is grounded in compliance, customer-first service and community connection—making you a key force in BOQ Group's transformation.
