, we are looking for an experienced
Planner/Scheduler
to join our Brisbane team.

In this role, you will
report to the Controls Lead
and play a key part
in delivering cost and schedule control
across our project portfolio. Your expertise will contribute to the development and execution of our integrated controls suite, supporting successful project outcomes.

This role is ideally suited to Planners/Schedulers with exposure around Onshore
Oil & Gas, greenfield
and
brownfield
projects

About The Role

  • Develop detailed project plans and manage resources effectively
  • Development of Work Breakdown Structures and Cost Breakdown Structures.
  • Preparation of progress reporting including resource histograms, earned value management and s-curves.
  • Development and maintenance of PMOC systems to manage scope changes and variation orders.
  • Resource Management: Monitor and report on Project and Engineering resource lookaheads, contribute and advise on levelling actions to facilitate a best practice resource management strategy for Engineering and Asset Management.

What are we looking for you to bring to the team

  • 5+ Years in equivalent Portfolio Scheduling role.
  • Primavera P6 competency, with demonstrable experience in resource loaded portfolio scheduling in a matrix engineering environment.
  • Sound Knowledge and Use of Microsoft Power-BI will be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at all levels internally and externally.
  • Project Management experience beneficial.
  • Overarching Project Controls skillset beneficial.
  • Brownfields / Onshore Oil & Gas experience beneficial.
