The Role

We are currently recruiting for:

Dental Receptionist – the friendly face of our practice who welcomes patients, manages appointments, and ensures everything runs smoothly.

Essential Criteria – Dental Receptionist

Patient Care & Communication

• Warm, professional interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
• Ability to manage patient enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with empathy and efficiency
• Proven ability to make patients feel valued and cared for

Administration & Reception

• Experience in reception/administration, ideally in a dental or healthcare setting
• Proficiency in scheduling systems, patient record management, and payment handling
• Strong organisation and time management skills

Compliance & Safety

• Knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and accurate record-keeping
• Awareness of infection control and workplace safety protocols

Teamwork, Mentorship & Initiative

• A collaborative team player who supports colleagues
• Willingness to mentor junior staff and adapt to changing priorities
• Problem-solving skills with initiative to improve patient/practice outcomes
