We are expanding our team

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and reliable receptionist to join our team on a part time, ongoing basis from Monday to Friday. The role will commence at 20 hours per week with the option to increase hours for the right candidate.

About the role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in representing our firm and keeping our office running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and providing a positive first impression, in person, over the phone and via email
  • Schedule and record client appointments, maintaining staff calendars and meeting schedules
  • Collect and record all forms of payments including EFTPOS, cash
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Use of accounting software to maintain and update client records including all communications with clients
  • Preparation of client files ahead of appointments
  • Completing general administration tasks as required

About you

You'll bring professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to every client interaction.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role (essential)
  • Genuine interest in the accounting or professional services industry
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficient computer skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, show initiative, and support the team
  • Friendly, welcoming manner, and professional presentation
