We are a well-established retailer of a huge range of mattresses and bedroom furniture and looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our Campbelltown store's team.

This is a **full-time position** and is available for an immediate start.

The position involves approx. 40 hours per week over 5-6 days including most weekends.

A generous **commission **structure is available for our sales team.

**Your main responsibilities and duties will include: -**
- Selling to customers and maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- Using the computer retail system
- General customer service, paperwork associated with sales, and retail store duties as required
- Ongoing employee training
- Dealing with customer inquiries, solving problems and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Working as a team to reach goals.
- As a retail business with late night and seven day trade, flexible availability with days and weekends is required.

**Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include: -**
- Retail sales experience is essential.
- Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work well in a high intensity, team sales environment.
- High quality customer service.
- Dependable and reliable, with excellent personal presentation.
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
- Able to work productively both independently and in a team environment.
- Eager to learn.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
