About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rodd & Gunn, a leading premium menswear brand, as the Assistant Store Manager for our new Perth Lodge, in WA.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and helping to lead a high-performing team. This is a full-time role based in our Perth store.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Ensure the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising and product presentation
  • Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends
