- As a As a Bell Captain you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Bell department including team development and superior guest relations to enhance the customer service experience for Hotel guests. A Bell Captain is a Team Leader or Supervisor of the Valet and Bell Services teams. In this role you will provide guidance and direction to our Bell Services Attendants and Doorpersons working at Crown Towers Perth. This is a full-time position and requires an Australian Drivers licence and 7 day availability.
- To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Current WA unrestricted C class manual driver’s license
- Demonstrated experience in superior service standards
- Strong team leadership experience
- Strong communication and time management experience
- Preferred Criteria:

- Hospitality or related qualification
- Demonstrated Hotel operational experience
- Strong understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
