About the positionThe position supports Our Plan for NSW Public Education's 'Provide meaningful post school pathways' focus area. Pathways Improvement Coordinators are responsible for developing school improvement resources for the Universal Resources Hub, and work closely with Directors, Educational Leadership to deliver support to schools aligned to the Differentiated School Supports Model. The Pathways Improvement Coordinators bring leadership, strategic thinking and extensive school leadership experience and knowledge to drive innovation and reform.
