The Lady Chai team consists of a group of passionate and professional members who work harmoniously together in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether in the kitchen or in front-of-house service, team members collaborate seamlessly, supporting and trusting each other while respecting everyone's contributions. This is not just a workplace, but a family that supports and grows together.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waitstaff to join our excellent team.

Mandarin Speaking is compulsory .

Main Responsibilities:

· Warmly greet and seat guests.

· Accurately take customer orders and handle them promptly.

· Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Efficiently and accurately process cash and credit card transactions; familiarity with the ABACUS POS system is a plus.

· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.

· Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

· Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

Job Requirements:

· At least 2 years of experience in the restaurant service industry.

· Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· High attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.

· A positive attitude and passion for the food service industry.
