The Lady Chai team consists of a group of passionate and professional members who work harmoniously together in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether in the kitchen or in front-of-house service, team members collaborate seamlessly, supporting and trusting each other while respecting everyone’s contributions. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated **Waitstaff** to join our excellent team.

**Mandarin** Speaking is compulsory.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and seat guests.
- Accurately take customer orders and handle them promptly.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently and accurately process cash and credit card transactions; familiarity with the ABACUS POS system is a plus.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the restaurant service industry.
- **Bilingual in Mandarin and English.**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
- A positive attitude and passion for the food service industry.
