You'll demonstrate a hardworking and passionate work ethic, working within a close-knit team to provide GREAT customer service and memorable experiences.

About the role:

  • Be the captain of the ship, leading the team ensuring shifts move smoothly and constructively
  • Maintaining rosters and run sheets, ensuring adequate coverage and efficiency
  • Collaborating with the food and beverage manager to optimize efficiency, workflow and financial performance
  • You will provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure we are delivering exceptional customer service
  • Creating and managing team rosters, ensuring adequate coverage and proficiency
  • Bringing genuine relationships with members and guests
  • Coordinate restaurant bookings and functions
  • Be the essential communication link between the kitchen, front of house team and customers
  • Responding appropriately to customer feedback and enquiries

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Minimum two years' experience managing a restaurant, in leadership or equivalent
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable nature as split shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays will be required
  • A friendly, energetic, and upbeat personality
  • RSA and RCG (must be willing to obtain if you do not yet have one)
  • An understanding of restaurant profitability and budgets
