About This Role

Moco Food Services is a world-leading food service partner, delivering everything you need for the kitchen and sharing cutting-edge knowledge of the latest products and food trends with our customers. As we continue to grow and develop, we are searching for butchers with a hunger to hone and perfect their craft in the meat industry. You will be joining our esteemed wholesale meat butcher team in our Moco Meats department, located in our state-of-the-art processing facility in Wacol. Our Moco Meats team is driven by leaders with a passion for professional excellence and values integrity and respect.

Key duties of the role include:

· Prepare portion cuts of top-quality meat products for chefs throughout the hospitality sector

· Perform general butchering tasks in a value-added meat processing facility

· Operate various machinery, including portion slicers, bandsaws, skinners, mincer, etc

Skills & Experience Required

· Demonstrated experience in butchering or portioning required

· Ability to control yields and portion-cutting experience is important

· Growth-driven, positive, team-oriented mindset is key

· Available for afternoon shifts

· Attention to detail and good organisational skills

· Must have Full-Time Permanent Australian Work Rights
