About The Role

Due to Moco's continued business growth, we are currently seeking multiple meat production assistant, butcher assistant or process workers, to join our team at our processing facility in Wacol. We have both a day shifts (6am – 2pm) and an afternoon shifts (2pm – 10pm) available.

· General labouring and production duties in a value-added meat processing facility.

· Aid with the processing, preparation, and packaging of fresh meat products.

· Ability to handle wide range of Beef, Lamb, Pork, Poultry & Seafood products.

· Operate various machinery with full training provided.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

· Must have meat machine operating experience.

· Experience with Meat is essential.

· Reliable, committed & able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work one full weekend each month - additional overtime, if desired.

· A positive, can-do attitude is key plus a strong work ethic.

· Attention to detail, able to complete processes accurately & enjoy working in a team environment.

· Must have full time permanent Australian Work Rights.
