Due to current project demands, I am looking for a confined-space supervisor to join the existing site team.

Your new company

Our client has a long and successful history of delivering quality infrastructure construction projects. Due to current project demands in Newcastle, we are looking for a skilled confined space sentry to join the team and to continue providing top-quality work whilst maintaining a safety-conscious approach.

Your new role

You will be assisting the team and undertaking a variety of roles, including confined space sentry, concrete repair, paint and blast, epoxy rendering, manual handling, operating power and hand tools, site clean-up and general construction work. You will be expected at times to take initiative and work independently to deliver outstanding results on this fast-paced site.

What you'll need to succeed

  • OHS Construction card
  • Confined Space / Gas Test / Supervise RIIWHS401E (refreshed within 2 years)
  • On-site experience
  • Your own PPE / reliable vehicle
  • Must live locally. This is not shutdown work
  • Experienced using power tools
