DIESEL MECHANICS + LEADING HAND - BDS MECHANICAL TOWNSVILLE

Due to our recent growth and expansion BDS Mechanical is offering excellent opportunities for experienced Diesel mechanics + a Leading Hand / Supervisor seeking career progression to join our large, privately owned and operated business. These roles are to support an already established team in Townsville with a hands-on approach and proactive attitude.

BDS Mechanical Repairs AUS is a privately owned, expanding company providing mechanical, auto-electrical, and welding services both in-house and on-site across 22 permanent workshop locations throughout Queensland. With over 160 field service units, our team covers more than 600,000 km² across Queensland and Western Australia, ensuring we're always within reach.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Relevant diesel mechanic trade qualification
  • Leading hand / supervisor experience highly regarded for the supervisor role
  • Experience in light and heavy vehicles
  • HR license a bonus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great workshop, mechanical and diagnostic knowledge
