Are you a hospitality professional who knows their way around a busy café? We're on the lookout for a Café All-Rounder with Management experience to join our dynamic team and hit the ground running.

About the Role

As a Café All-Rounder, you'll be an integral part of our team—taking on everything from customer service to food prep, coffee service (if trained), and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys creating a positive experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a busy café or similar hospitality environment

Management experience preferred

Confident on POS, taking orders, and working under pressure

Barista skills a strong advantage (but not essential)

Excellent communication and a proactive, team-first attitude

Ability to multitask and keep cool during busy periods

High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation

Reliable, punctual, and ready to take initiative

Duties Will Include
  • Greeting and serving customers with a smile
  • Running food & drinks
  • Taking orders and handling payments
  • Assisting in basic food prep
  • Maintaining cleanliness across FOH
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day operations
