The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant & Finance professional to join our team. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with a strong accounting background, financial acumen, and a passion for supporting business growth through financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

● Prepare BAS, financial statements, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents

● Forecast budgets, track financial performance, and deliver monthly/quarterly reports to management

● Ensure compliance with ATO and regulatory requirements

● Support the development of internal controls and financial strategies

● Assist with inventory control, purchasing, and supplier payment plans

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

● A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

● Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience

● Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software

● Strong analytical and communication skills

● Knowledge of Australian tax laws and compliance regulations

● CPA/CA qualification (preferred but not essential)
