With 56 beautifully designed rooms, including 13 upper-level luxury suites, plus a heated pool, steam room, Jila Wellness Centre, and our signature restaurant and bar, we offer guests the ultimate in boutique luxury.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll deliver exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, and events, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, professional, and memorable experience.

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a waiter or bartender, with strong à la carte service knowledge
  • A current and valid RSA certificate
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail, a professional attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Flexibility to work across breakfast, dinner, and events as required
  • A team-focused mindset with the ability to also work independently when needed
