Have you completed your Higher School Certificate and seeking an exciting opportunity to kickstart your professional career in the Local Government? Here at Mid-Western Regional Council, we are seeking a Trainee Health and Building Surveyor who is passionate and driven to succeed in this role.

  • Structured, hands-on training with expert mentorship to develop your career as a qualified Health and Building Surveyor, with support to complete an approved qualification recognised by NSW Fair Trading.

  • You have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of word processing packages, database, spreadsheet and e-mail applications.
  • You have the willingness and commitment to undertake the required qualification course study and assignment workload outside of Council working hours.
  • You hold a Current Class 'C' driver's licence.
  • You can demonstrate an interest in Health and Building Surveying as a career.
