Service Engineer

We are looking for Mining Service Engineer to join our VIC team.

Job Description:

1. Service Support & Service Management:

a. offer technical support of machines maintenance/repair to dealers and customers;

b. Track and manage the adaptive improvement and quality improvement of the products;

c. Help dealers/customers to verify the parts No. and offer technical solutions;

d. Manage the service abilities of the dealers, including evaluation and improvement;

e. Service claim order management;

f. Training for dealers: technical training, service training, system operation training etc.;

1. Supports for after sale services:

a. Manage the Machine's registration in system;

b. Delivery training to end customers and customers service visiting;

c. Pay attention to customers' demands for Aftersales of machines and collect the service policies of competitors.

1. Preventive service planning, PM (Preventive Maintenance) plan management

2. Equipment health inspection, equipment management

3. Product LCC (Life Cycle Cost) data, maintenance cost calculation

4. Service cost calculation, service quotation

5. Formulate service plan, ensuring equipment availability, service response, and spare parts supply

6. Training and safety management, operator training, technical skills training, safety management.

7. Other works related to Aftersales.

Job qualification:

1. Degree of education: college or above, major in mechanical engineering or related;

2. At least 5 years of mining service experience, servicing large mining equipment

3. Preventive service planning, PM (Preventive Maintenance) plan management

4. Equipment health inspection, equipment management

5. Service cost calculation, service quotation

6. Formulate service plan, ensuring equipment availability, service response, and spare parts supply

7. Training and safety management, operator training, technical skills training, safety management

8. familiar with full procedure from onsite assembly, commissioning, service training , onsite troubleshooting and repair , Failure report and feedback to HQ and via system etc. of mining equipment including mining hydraulic Excavator (at least from 10 0t class and above, both diesel and cable electric mining trucks( RDT), mining dozers and mining wheel loaders;

9. Know how to organize mining equipment assembly and delivery,PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection);

10. Can support Mining sales team on:

11. Providing suitable and correct recommended parts list ;

12. Providing dedicated and professional training plan and schedule of bidding machines ;

13. Providing dedicated and professional onsite service support solutions including how to prepare parts stock, how many onsite service engineer need, how to manage onsite service team and so on;

14. Have basic knowledge of LCC and MARC, and assistant to offer the price when bidding.

15. Have the experience of machines maintenance and repair, wheel loader, excavator,roller, motor grader etc., have the ability to do failure troubleshooting;

16. Good expression skills, interpersonal skills and Office software operation skills;

17. Have motor vehicle driving license; driving license or driving skills for loader,excavator, road roller or grader;

18. Can accept the frequent business travel in Australia and occasional business travel to overseas;

19. no criminal record.
