The Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where safety, teamwork and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general production tasks including packing, palletising, labelling products and assisting Machine Operators
  • Maintain high standards of GMP, HACCP and OHS, including correct PPE use
  • Complete documentation and record-keeping accurately
  • Complete changeovers and end-of-line housekeeping duties
  • Operate safely and efficiently in a food production environment
  • Support waste management and workplace cleanliness processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Adhere to rostered break times, attendance expectations and smooth shift handovers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, food safety and environmental initiatives

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and OHS standards
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg, stand for extended periods and work in a physically active role
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and hygiene
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow clear procedures
