About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator with a current forklift licence to join our team in Carole Park, QLD. This hands-on position plays a key role in the smooth operation of our modern distribution centre, ensuring goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move freight
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
  • Receive and process inbound shipments
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management
  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment
  • Valid LF or LO forklift licence with proven operating experience
  • High-reach forklift experience highly desirable
  • Experience with loading linehauls will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
  • Safety-conscious, proactive, and reliable attitude
