About you & the role

We're looking for a passionate, in-house Content Marketing Manager to help

drive our creative engine and grow our passionate community. Reporting to the

Head of Digital Marketing, this role will be at the heart of our lean and cross-

functional team, leveraging their skills in creative briefing, project management

and technical marketing execution for rapid project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

Drive the creative process from ideation to delivery - execute tight,

data informed and creative briefs which tell stories that earn attention

and drive action.

Organic social strategy - develop and implement Tiktok, Youtube and

IG content to grow and drive value for our passionate community.

Hands On Creative Execution – generate a portion of of our creative

content yourself to get timely or experimental content out quickly.

Campaign Management & Measurement

Email Marketing & Campaigns - Own the email marketing and CRM

implementation. Manage campaigns and automations to maximise

engagement and LTV. Align with internal and external partners for high

impact creative.

Drive Iterative Test & Lean Approach - Conduct in-depth semantic

analysis of our creative content and campaigns to generate insights to

fuel future creatives and track progress against our KPIs.

Partnerships & Community

Community & Influencers – Collaborate with our content partners on

the production of effective organic and paid content, dive into

community management to proactively identify and nurture new content

partners and active community members for content opportunities.

Events & Business Partnerships - build & nurture brand and content

partnerships and drive our community marketing strategy by being on

the ground at events, shows and expos for content and community

engagement.

A Day In The Life

On an average day you might be sitting down with one of our content

partners (like Redriven) to discuss an upcoming content collaboration,

putting the final touches on our Father's Day content plan, reviewing edits

from UGC creators and delivering finals these to the media team. You'd be

joining a series of customer interviews to synthesise compelling creative

hooks for testing, before producing/launching some video content

experiments for our organic social channels.

Qualifications and Skills

5+ yrs in brand marketing or an integrated marketing role in DTC, e-com or

consumer goods.

Have an area of deep vertical of creative mastery (eg, design, videography,

animation, copywriting).

Experience in managing influencer/ content creator relationships and

fostering long term collaboration for mutual value.

Proactive and natural problem-solver comfortable with uncertainty and

change.

Experience with key eCommerce tools such as Klaviyo, Notion, CMS/eCom

Platforms Like Craft, Shopify or Magento, Google Analytics, Looker Studio

or similar in each area.

Highly Advantageous

Experience in a non traditional environment i.e. a startup, rapidly scaling

small business, consulting or similar.

A passion for the automotive industry.

An obsession with learning, self-development, podcasts, marketing courses

and the endless pursuit of knowledge.

Salary Range:

$80K - $100K + Super + Bonus
