This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Brisbane Area for a Gluing Machine Operator (paper/folding cartons).

This position offers flexible shift patterns to accommodate operational needs.

The Gluing Machine Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of gluing machines used in the production of paper cartons. Daily tasks include operating machinery, monitoring product quality, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Gluing Machine Operation and working with Machinery
  • Minimum of 3+ years of gluing machine operation experience is required.
  • Quality Control.
  • Proficient in the use of Hand Tools for machine adjustments and maintenance
  • Strong Communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
  • Previous experience in a carton manufacturing environment is beneficial
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
