**About Us**:

**The Role**:
We are looking for a motivated **Learner / Packing Operator** to join our production team. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training provided. You will work alongside experienced operators, assisting with packing, machine operation, and general production duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist machine operators with packing and production runs
- Load/unload products into machines safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Label, seal, and prepare finished products for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg bags when required
- Punctual, with a good work ethic and team spirit
- Previous experience in food production or packing is an advantage, but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $25.39 - $35.51 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
