Linear Project Management is an established client-side project management boutique consultancy located in the vibrant Kogarah area. It has extensive experience across all levels and aspects of the construction and property sector. Linear Project Management is looking to recruit a passionate Project Manager for a full-time position within our growing team.

You will work in a supportive team and learn from the company's director and experienced senior project managers, who will allow you to be exposed to a broad range of construction and property-related projects.
Reporting to the Director and Senior Project Managers, you will be responsible for working across several project types, ranging from $300K to $150M in some of the following sectors:
- Aged Care
- Retirement Living
- Residential
- Affordable Housing
- Childcare
- Hospitality
- Health
About the role, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensuring works and services are completed in accordance with specified project deadlines and budgets.
- Active management of consultants and head contractors.
- Lead design and construction meetings and site inspections, taking and preparing meeting minutes.
- Preparing monthly project reports.
- Administering the construction contract.
- Assessing the head contractor's monthly progress claims and variations.
- Assessing the head contractor's extension of time claims.
- Preparing and maintaining programs.
- Maintaining accurate cost reports.
- Preparing and submitting authority applications, including Development Applications, Complying Development Certificates, Construction Certificates, Occupation Certificates, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of the project, from design to authority approvals and construction.
- Maintain accurate records and filing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Occasional regional and interstate travel, including overnight stay/s.
- Fostering and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers & consultants.
- Managing customer relationships to a level that would ensure the client recommends this service provider to others.

- Must hold a valid driver's licence and a motor vehicle (vehicle use will be reimbursed in accordance with the ATO rate and tolls).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
- Business acumen with demonstrated capability in the contract management of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Must have a keen eye for detail both in the office and on-site.
- Must have completed a university degree in a relevant discipline, such as Project Management, Construction Management, or Development Management.
