WB Infrastructure has over 40 civil plumbing teams, servicing areas in Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, Upper Hunter Regions and the ACT. Our teams are highly experienced in delivery quality plumbing and civil maintenance contracts providing innovative solutions.

About the role

The main objective of this role is the successful delivery of a range of pipeline renewal and maintenance projects undertaken in Sydney on behalf of major water infrastructure owners.

Key Responsibilities

· Working together with Project Managers to lead both the planning and execution of project activities

· Assist in scheduling and procurement for upcoming works

· Preparation of status reports for project meetings

· Working with our field crews to develop solutions for site issues

· Assisting in managing and developing the client relationship

· Reporting and managing the performance of projects

· Support compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards

· Routinely updating management on the performance and progress of projects

· Applying your knowledge and initiative to continually improving project results

Essential Criteria

· Exceptional technical skill and problem solving ability

· High level of IT proficiency, computer literacy, MS Office Suite

· Highly organised with strong planning skills

· Time management skills and the ability to set and negotiate priorities

· A focus on excellent customer service and great attention to detail
