The Business Analyst supports the delivery of digital initiatives by gathering, analysing, and
documenting business requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications. The
role works cross-functionally with product managers, developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
to ensure business needs are met with efficient, scalable solutions. The analyst also contributes to
Agile ways of working and promotes continuous improvement across digital squads.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional business requirements through
    stakeholder interviews, workshops, user journey mapping, and data analysis.
  • Create and maintain artefacts such as Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, business
    process models, and definition of ready/done documentation in Agile environments.
  • Collaborate with UX and development teams to ensure clarity of scope and consistent
    implementation of components across web and app platforms.
  • Conduct gap analysis, system impact assessments, and support release planning by
    validating features against business objectives.
  • Maintain and improve documentation of reusable CMS components, ensuring visibility and
    traceability across brands and platforms.
  • Partner with QA, developers, and stakeholders to validate deliverables and manage backlog
    prioritisation in Jira.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote Agile practices and increase digital
    delivery maturity across teams.
  • Ensure change management activities are conducted effectively to create and conduct
    training for end users.
  • Participate in program trimester planning (Big Room Planning) and contribute to establishing
    scalable ways of working across squads.
  • Support experimentation and continuous improvement through feedback loops and tracking
    the impact of delivered features.
Qualifications

Now let's talk about you:

  • 6 years of experience working in digital environments across CRO and Business Analysis
  • functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks and digital product delivery.
  • Experience translating business problems into technical specifications and optimised
  • customer experiences.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager), and collaborative
  • tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • User Story Mapping, Process Modelling, Acceptance Criteria definition
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities.
  • High attention to detail in documentation and process mapping.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and bridge communication between business and technicalteams.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, customer journeys, and web optimisation.
