Century Legal are seeking a
3rd year Commercial Litigation Lawyer
to join our growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to build their expertise in complex disputes while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

You will work across a broad range of commercial disputes with a focus:

  • General commercial litigation;
  • Insolvency matters (acting for and against liquidators, administrators and bankruptcy trustees)
  • General debt recovery; and
  • enforcement proceedings.

You will have the opportunity to run your own matters with appropriate supervision, engage directly with clients, and appear in court.

You will also have direct access to the director and routinely work with junior and senior counsel on a wide range of matters.

About You

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

  • 1-3 years PAE;
  • commercial litigation experience essential;
  • confident in drafting pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence;
  • Practical, commercially minded; and
  • Motivated to take ownership of matters and develop their career in litigation
