About the Role

We are seeking a fulltime Accounts Assistant to join our team at Polycell International Pty Ltd in Kingston, Queensland.  You will handle a variety of accounting and administrative duties to support our growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a high-volume environment
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Preparing invoices and statements for customers
  • Assisting with financial report preparation and analysis
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in an accounts assistant or accounts payable/receivable role in a high-volume environment
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Qualifications in accounting or business administration are an advantage
