About the role

Due to continued growth within our Administration team, we are now seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to become a valued member operating from our Brisbane Head Office at Seventeen Mile Rocks where you will provide support to our field operations by organizing travel, booking accommodation, assisting with rostering and onboarding of new and current staff members within the business.

The role is:

  • Monday to Friday working week.
  • Offering competitive salaries.

  • Working from home arrangements are open for negotiation.

Duties

  • Support and assist with the successful mobilisation of new employees to site, and the transfer of existing employees between projects.
  • Manage all rosters relevant to your allocated sites
  • Manage all travel bookings as required including flights, accommodation, camp bookings and car hires.
  • Maintain up to date site management handbooks
  • Maintaining all employee records in travel booking tool and rostering tool

Experience & qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience working in HR functions, onboarding, recruitment etc. (preferable)
  • Excellent work attitude and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A well-developed understanding of administration procedures and practices
