Job Duties:

  • Meet and greet clients professionally

  • Schedule appointments for inspections

  • Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit inspections, and open for inspections

  • Support Property Managers, Leasing Manager and Directors

  • Participate in property management meetings

  • Process rental administration tasks as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Leasing, inspection, or admin experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Must hold or be working towards an Cert IV Real Estate Practice

  • Impeccable presentation with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Confident, mature, and self-motivated

  • Strong computer skills and experience in a professional environment

  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service

  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills

  • A sense of humour and an eye for detail are essential

Additional Requirements:

  • Current Police Check

  • Real estate experience preferred but not essential

  • Corporate, professional presentation

  • Flexibility for the right candidate

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm

  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays start at 8:15 am

  • Every fourth Saturday from 9:00 am to 12 noon

(Hours flexible for the right candidate)
