We are seeking an experienced and qualified property manager to fill a key role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Job Description

The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of our properties, including:

  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships to ensure optimal outcomes for both parties.
  • Scheduling and conducting condition reports and vacating inspections to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Taking appropriate actions against tenants in arrears to minimize losses and maximize revenue.
  • Overseeing and assisting with all maintenance issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimize disruption.
  • Attending to lease renewals and negotiating rent reviews to optimize rental income.
  • Assisting with advertising properties for lease online to attract new clients and increase visibility.
  • Processing rental administration tasks efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines and maintain compliance.
