We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior
Contract Coordinator
to join our management team.

In this role, you will support project execution by assisting in the management of contractual activities under the guidance of the Project Manager and in close coordination with our site team. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth setup, execution, and closure of projects. This position is open to both local candidates and professionals interested in relocating from abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in planning and monitoring contractual activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track, record and report on daily project events, including progress, delays, site impacts, changes, etc.
  • Collaborate with:
    Project Managers
    on project status including schedule and program;
    Cost Controllers
    on cost-related matters;
    Engineers
    on quantity tracking and change management
  • Help prepare and maintain Client and Subcontractor contractual documentation
  • Liaise with legal advisors or site administrator when needed to ensure contractual compliance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in
    Engineering
    (preferred but not mandatory), Business Law or similar
  • 1–2 years of experience
    in contract administration, procurement, or project management (experience in the construction industry is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn contract management and processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Proficiency in
    English
    (written and spoken). Good knowledge of
    Italian
    is preferred.
