Join our dedicated Social Work team at Redland Hospital and help optimise psychosocial outcomes for patients across diverse clinical areas.
Your New Role
Deliver high-quality social work services within Redland Hospital to optimise psychosocial outcomes for patients. Working primarily across adult inpatient wards, you'll provide comprehensive assessments, risk management, interventions, and discharge planning within an interprofessional team. The role may also involve service delivery in areas such as Emergency, Maternity, Paediatrics, ICU, and Residential Care. You'll contribute to clinical education, student supervision, and quality improvement and research initiatives under the guidance of senior staff.

Redland Hospital
Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
