Business Improvement Project Manager

Do you thrive on driving projects forward, solving problems and bringing people together? As our Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic projects that shape the future of Delta.
Working closely with the Business Improvement team, you'll lead projects from planning through to delivery while keeping stakeholders aligned, timelines on track and outcomes clear
What You'll Do:
- Lead the project end-to-end by defining scopes, manage risks, allocate tasks and guide teams through planning, budgeting, scheduling and delivery.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, manage documentation and maintain organised project records.
- Staying ahead of Governance by monitoring Executive Leadership Team meeting schedules and ensure all submissions and papers are completed on time.
- Participate in planning sessions and oversee activities that support Delta's strategic priorities.
- Preparation of business cases, reports, briefings and presentations to support informed decision-making.
- Maintaining and managing accurate, compliant and accessible project documentation.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation and with government partners to coordinate meetings and respond to queries.
What You'll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related field
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to provide strategic and practical advice
- Familiarity with project methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Strong risk management, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information
- Experience in business improvement or strategic project environments
